On 11 August 2023, At the University grounds, Carmel School's Annual Sports Meet 2023 was a vibrant and energetic event that brought together students from the red, blue, green, and yellow houses. The atmosphere was electric as students, teachers, and parents gathered to witness a day filled with competitive spirit and camaraderie.
Each house had prepared diligently, showcasing their unity and determination through their colourful team uniforms. The red house stood out with their fiery enthusiasm, while the blue house exuded confidence and determination. The greenhouse brought a refreshing burst of energy, and the yellow house shone bright with optimism.

The sports meet kicked off with a grand opening ceremony, complete with a parade of athletes and the lighting of the ceremonial torch.
As the event unfolded, the atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm and energy.
The presence of Our Chief Guests Colonel R S Rajeev, Sena medal and Cricketer Raiphi Vincent Gomez, left an indelible mark on our annual sports meet, reminding everyone that with dedication, determination, and teamwork, the sky's the limit. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to both of them for gracing us with their presence and inspiring us all to strive for excellence in every endeavour.
Also, the Presence of our Honourable Director Rev Sr Renita and Beloved Principal Rev Sr Nilima added an unparalleled aura of prestige and inspiration to the annual sports meet.

Events ranged from track and field events to team sports. The cheers from the supporters echoed through the grounds as students showcased their athletic prowess and sportsmanship.

Regardless of the house colours, all participants displayed remarkable sportsmanship, cheering on their teammates and opponents alike.
