General Rules and Regulations

  1. School begins at 7.50 a.m. and ends at 2.15 p.m. 
  2. Students must be in their respective classrooms by the first bell at 7.45 a.m. Those who come early are expected to sit in the respective classrooms preparing their lessons in silence.
  3. Students should bring their Hand Book daily to School.
  4. To improve speaking skill, students are expected to converse in English inside the school campus.
  5. During intervals and lunch break, pupils will not be permitted to go out of the school campus.
  6. All complaints should be brought to the attention of the class teacher.
  7. Visitors will not be permitted to see the pupils during class hours without the permission of the Principal.
  8. Shifting from one classroom to the other or the lab, library, playground, etc, between periods should be done in perfect silence.
  9. Text books and note books must be brought to the class according to the time-table of the day.
  10. Mobile phones, tab, plastic item etc should not be brought to school.
  11. The pupils should be regular and punctual to class. Habitual late comers will not be allowed to enter their classes without the permission of the Principal.
  12. School expects the students to be courteous to everyone.
  13. They should have genuine love for their school and should try to keep its tone high. No one should do anything thatwould bring discredit to himself/herself or to the school.
  14. The Students conduct, punctuality progress in studies etc.. are evaluated from time to time and recorded in the report.
  15. The Report card and Handbook should be duly signed by the parent or guardian without delay.
  16. Students should take care of their belongings. They should not bring valuable articles to school.
  17. The school authorities will not entertain any request for early commencement of monthly tests, examination etc.
  18. The final assessment of pupil at the end of the academic year is based on his/her performance in the periodic assessments, half yearly and yearly examinations, note book submission and subject enrichment activities.
  19. In the event of a hartal/unexpected holiday during examination, that day’s examination will be conducted at a later date while the rest of the examination will continue as per the schedule.
  20. Fees for the month must be paid on or before 15th of the month, after which a fine will be incurred.
  21. Students can pay the fee after the due date with an additional charge of  50 for the month 100 for the following month onwards
  22. No student will be allowed to take the terminal and final examinations unless all fees are paid.
  23. Students should treat the school property as their own and keep the walls, furniture, library books etc. intact and clean.
